Does anyone know of any surgeons in central Illinois united healthcare

i am employed by Wells Fargo. I am needing help. I need a surgeon that accepts the wells fargo health plan in central illinois. The plan is united healthcare. Any help is appreciated. Thanks very much....I have heard of a Dr. Charles Frantz, Decatur, Illinois ??
