I need help with meal plans and eating
My dietician wasn't that good. she said full pureed liquids for 4 weeks.... try to get 60gm of protien in a day... that's it. so, does that mean I should eat all day long to get 60gm of protien in if I can only eat 2T at a time? I had high protien jello for breakfast... about 1/3cup I had 1 scrambled egg white and 1/2 slice fat free cheese for brunch I had 1/2c egg drop soup for lunch I had 1/4c egg salad for snack and 1/2c seafood soup for dinner... it was a bit thick as I pureed about 2 oz of salmon in it but I could still have sucked it through a straw if necessary. I am never full or hungry. I do have gas...moving around big time and a bit making it's way out but not much. I know I didn't get 60gm of protien today. I have tried 4 different protien drinks and they are all too yucky for me to tolerate yet. I am drinking water between meals... I don't feel like I can eat much more. Anyone have a good schedule they follow and would share here? Thanks! Lynn
