Anyone have chest pain and throughout ribs?

I have been getting an overall chest pain, or get pain throughout my ribs, and usually if i eat something it goes away or sometimes if i walk around it goes away, but usually only if i eat something. Could this be my new "hunger pains"? Or gas? 4.5mos post op -80lbs
