I have Humana HMO as of Jan1,2003 Humana is discontinuing my network,Rush.

I have a surgeon who set me up for a Jan.27,2003 date because he is booked but Humana wont cover because they wont be with Rush anymore and wont do follow up care. Can anyone relate or advise?
