I can't keep anything down including liquids....??

I am almost three weeks post op just started soft food....but not tolerating them well. This morning I put a bullion cube in water and got the dry heaves:(. I still have my feeding tube in and was suppose to get that out next week. I wasn't suppose to use it this week but have the last couple of days So I don't get dehydrated. I would love to hear any suggestions..Thanks alot JULANN
