How important is the letter from the sleep specialist??

I had an appointment with the sleep specialist today he told me that I had periods of Apnea however I did not have enough distress for a diagnosis of Sleep Apnea. I have letters for other doctors that have Sleep Apnea listed as a co-morbid//how important is the letter from the sleep specialsit//Can I just use the other letters and get an approval?
