!! Afraid to try anything with more than 6 grams of sugar!

Some sport drinks and other things have a lot of sugar in them, I'm afraid to try them b/c I don't want to feel sick. I have yet to have any ill episodes so I'm staying away from alot of things but I don't want to deprive myself! What drinks etc... have you all tried that have more than 10 grams of sugar? (like Fruitworks etc...??)I have tried Powerade and Gatorade but taste nasty to me. I need something to quench my thirst!
