Has anyone else dealt with the ENCOMPASS Utilization Program?

I had posted before about my ins. co. saying I wasn't "fat enough", well I suppose I should have mentioned that it is this "ENCOMPASS Utilization Program" that gives pre-auth. on surgeries & such. They make the decision on whether surgery is neede or not. Anyway, has anyone else ever dealt w/ them?? Or does anyone know ANYTHING about them?? I just wish I had some idea as to how "quick" they are to approve or deny a SURGEONS request for wls. Thanks :)
