How much does yoga tighten up skin?

I had open RNY on March 27, 2002...MY start weight was 265lbs..I am now down to 189lbs..total loss of 76lbs..I am starting to get flabby looking thighs and arms(arms are really bad). I have been looking into yoga classes..Will this help at all with these areas? If not what exercises will help? I do have a apron too..but I have noticed that most of my weight is coming off of my upper body first...my belly doesn't seem to be loosing..Any help would be appreciated..Thanks
