I have never had a doctor assisted diet yet I have been on everything else how

do I explain or list the diets I have been on? I have not been to weight watchers either. I need to list the diets and exercise programs I have been on for the last few years and I surely could use some help with listing them out in the best way possible. I am talking diets like the zone, atkins, dexatrim, metabolife......etc. Because of the disease I have eating certain foods that are usually good for you make me sick and make me have to visit the hospital after a while. So, I didn't even go there. Any help would be appreciated. I go in for my evaluation tomorrow and see my surgeon on the 26th. Take care. Lisa
