What type of medication will help me w/this?

I have had a flare-up w/my sciatia (spelling?)/ I know that I cannot take any ibuprofin, aspirin or anti inflamitory, but is there something I can take ? Tylenol is not working/ Thanks/ Patti Meadows/ lap rny/ 9/27/01
