I was just notifed my appeal is going to the regional appeals commitee

I have Kaiser insurance was denied, appealed by letter was asked to speak on my behalf to medical review committee on June 25 now I have found out it has been sent to Kaisers regional appeals in Oakland I can go and speak againon July 8th. Does this mean I am close to getting approved or denied again??? Anybody experiance this?? Is know the time I need a lawyer??
