How long of a wait for before a date with Dr. Lane?

Im still waiting for the doctor to fax over my psych evaluation to the Bariatrics Treatment Center in Ypsilanti. Once that is done, Im wondering how long before I get a date. My initial consultation was with Dr. Lane.
