Has anyone undergone WL surgery with Dr. Roe of Baltimore?

I have a consultation appointment with Dr. Roe on July 15th and any suggestions, comments, etc. would be most helpful. How is he as a doctor, surgereon, staff, what should I expect, waiting time & what each appointment entails? Thank you - Bonnie
