Has anyone in NJ experienced problems with Dr. Abkins office staff

Dr. Abkin seems to be a wonderful Dr. but his office staff isn't doing a great job reflecting his good image. If anyone has any advice on how to get some answers on insurance approval, or how to get someone to call me back to answer my question please let me know. I have been in Limbo for about a month and a half. Thanks Lauren
