Need to have psychiatric evaluation in Columbus, Ohio

Does anyone have any good referrals for psychiatric evaluation in Columbus, Ohio? I've decided to just book my own and bypass my insurance company since no one there knows how to handle it when it's for a medical procedure and since I don't want to wait any longer to get my approval for surgery. I worry a bit too about psychiatrics as you NEVER know if they are going to want to "treat" you for this problem for the next 2 years before finally releasing you for the surgery or just saying no because THEY don't believe in the surgery.
