I am 9 weeks post op and even though i am allowed to start solids now i cant eat more

then a fork full or i bring it back up is this normal and will i ever be able to eat more then a fork full. I am scared to eat more then that in fear of vomiting. I have heard people say they can eat 5 oz now but i cant hold even an oz down.
