I have a hernia, and am considering having a tummy tuck,

I have lost 114 pounds, 23 to go. I am considering having a tummy tuck while having my hernia repair done. Should I wait until I lose the remaining 23 pounds before having this done, or will I lose weight with the tummy tuck? How much time out of work will I need to have this done. I sit all day, so it would not be a hardship returning to work. Any advice would be appreciated.
