I HAVE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHEILDS COMMUNITY BLUE PPO. I HAVE A CONSULTATION AT BTC ON MAY 13,2002. I WAS WONDERING IF I'D NEED ANY SUPERVISED WEIGHT LOSS ATTEMPTS IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED BY MY INSURANCE. ALSO, WHAT WERE THE STEPS TAKEN AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
