My BMI is 35-36 with co-morbitities. Approval with Blue Cross Prudent Buyer?

Hi-This board is wonderful and I am new to it. I weight 205-210 at 5'4" so my BMI is 35-36. I have type 2 diabetes, hypertension, gallstones, severe fatigue, etc. etc. I know with my family history of heart disease, and my health that if I don't get the weight off I will not live long. I am in the process right now of waiting for blue cross prudent buyer to approve. Anyone know what my chances will be? Thanks for your help.
