Does anyone know of any hospitals and surgeons that give a discount....

if you are self pay and pay cash up front(Open RNY). I live in Ohio but if I will travel to an other state if I need to. The lowest that I can find for this surgery is 15,000, does anyone know where I could get it done for less. I can't come up with that much money.
