What can be causing this abdominal pain?

I am 13 days post op (open RNY) and I have noticed the last couple nights that I have an uncomfortable feeling high and on the right side of my abdomin. My doctor removed my gallbladder, so I know that is not it. It hurts into my back also. I am on full liquids and have not thrown up once. What can this be?
