For those of you in Wa and have Group Health....

I have Group Health and trying to get any info is like pulling teeth. What I want to know is what hoops did you have to jump through. What docs you had to see and info you had to give. Anything and everything would be helpful. My policy covers surgery so I am playing the waiting game for referal. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
