What can I do to kick start weight loss?
No weightloss this past month! Only 4mths. out and holding steady. Down 58lbs. On Feb. 26th it will be 4 mths. since I had my surgery. I am down 58lbs. I have gone up and down 5lbs. over this past month...and have not lost below that...in this month. Why is my body holding steady already? What can I do to "kick it in the butt"? I eat...on average betw. 8-900 cal. a day. How can someone maintain on this calorie consumption? Does anyone have any advice, I will be most greatful. Oh, yea...I am eating 1 protein bar or drink 1 protein drink a day...Usually the bar is Pure Protein, and the drink is Designer Whey Protein blast! Thanks for the much needed advice.
