Has anyone ever had surgery from Dr. Kerlakian?

Anthem denied me saying I need to see a doctor in the Cincinnati area. They gave me two names of general surgens. I called them both and I have an appointment with Dr. Kerlakian on the 18th of March but I cant find any information on him anywhere. If anyone has had him perform their surgery please let me know what you thought and how things turned out.
