How much weight can I lose after surgery

Does the amount of weight that you lose right after surgey have to do with your height and what you weigh before surgery? I am 5'2" and 260lbs.Most weight is in my lower belly,butt, and hips.I would like to get down to 130lbs..How fast could I see that weight?.What can I expect to lose a month to three months post? How soon after surgery can you start a exercise program?
