has anyone had a fistula form between the 2 stomachs..what did you do?

I'm 6 wks post-op. At 3 days post they discovered a leak in the new stomach. At 10 days it had developed a fistula to the lower stomach. Has anyone else experienced this? What did your surgeon do? What problems did it cause? I'm the first that my surgeon had had w/this development.
