Has anyone used an insurance plan PPOM (abs)

Working for a company that is employee owned. The Insurance carrier used to be Selectcare PPO and has now changed to PPOM(abs). This insurance is being used out of the Detroit, Mi area. If anyone has ever had the opportunity to utilize their services or something similar, please add any input that you may have. And if so are there any deductibles involved.
