yeast infections

i have had open rny 3 weeks ago and in my 31 years have has thrush once when i was sixteen and have now got it 2 days ago and am natural yougurt to treat it. did you know that thrush thrives on the b group vitamins and because we have to have b12 injections this could proably be to much of a boost for our bodies to handle in the thrush are and this is why it inflammes...just a thought.. hope this helps in some way...
