I\\\'m having leg pain

I have this pain in my legs. They feel bruised in the calfs and shin area. Kind of like the pain after you have a cramp but this pain never goes away and it happens when I rub them. It use to happen just at night but now it is all the time. Just my legs laying on each other at night hurts. Pain is mostly on the lower part of the legs but at times is all over. Any help?
