Can anyone in New Zealand help me with food choices?

having just had wls surgery i have been given a simple food list by the hospital dietican that is very basic until i see her again and i was just wondering if anyone out there in this group here in nz can email me privatley if need be a list of foods and drinks that they have had in the first 8 weeks postop. thankyou
