does the weightloss/fat come aay through bodily functions...

hi could you let me know how the fat leaves the body is it through poos and wees or is it some other way....if you are losing weight rapidly after surgery is there a need to go to the toilet more often than normal.... do you notice a marked increase of urine when you are losing weight compared to how much fluid you intake... do you feel light headed alot from frequent peeing if you lose weight this way...i know when i take diuretics they make me giidy is this much the same..
