Could someone please tell me the co-morbities that Tri-Care Prime has.

I can not find a pamphlet on Wls with Tri-Care Prime, but I did get a referal to see a Wls surgeon in Columbia,MO. I am exactly 100 pounds over with a BMI of 39. My appointment with the Dr. is in Feb. and I am so scared he is going to tell me I am not qualifed, and I have been dealing with weight all of my life, so has my mom. Please any advice. From a Tri-Care person, I wish our military hospital did active duty spouses but they don't.
