Will they accept this as a medical supervised diet ?
In 1998 and 1999 I went to two different weight loss centers. Both had a physican to prescribe diet pills. My problem now is I have no proof that I went because one office close down and the other relocated and even they could be out of business now too. My diet pills were issued at the weight loss clinic. I got a old phone book that shows these medical weight loss clinics exsisted and it says M.D. in clinic. Will they allow this and consider this an actual attemp to lose wieght????? I have no records because all they do when you go in every month, is slapped you up on a scale and hand you your diet pills as you go out the door. Doctor supervised is a joke!! You only see the doctor once when you first start and he only checks my blood pressure and asks a few questions. After that, I never saw him for the 6 months I went.
