Has anyone noticed problems with memory since RNY surgery?

It's been 10 months since my RNY and have lost about 95% of my excess body weight. I take my physician prescribed vitamins most everyday but lately, for the past two months or so I feel like I am in the early stages of Alzhimers. I am having problems remembering what people tell me and other short-term memory issues. Has anyone else experienced this and what have you done about it?
