Does anyone know of a surgeon in the Philadelphia area that specializes in revisions?

I had open rny in 2002 and without proper education. Two days after my surgery I was given a full meal to eat and was told I wouldn't heal properly if I didn't eat it. Horrible horrible experience. I had 2 surgeries in the years after for hernias, scar tissue on bowels and an abdominal wall reconstruction. I lost about 70 pds and have since gained back 45. I am so ashamed of myself and I don't know where to start for help.
