Protein drinks

I have two questions, one is... What is the best protein drink and is carnation one of them? I am on plavix and heart meds and blood pressuer pills, and elevil,lycria, just so many, and i am worried about not being about to get them down, Hope there is some one that can answer this for me, Thank you so much.
