why am I starting to gain weight @ 7 mo. post-op...

I am 7 mo post-op and have gained 4 pounds and can't lose it... eatting habits are the same.. is this normal? Someone please tell me what to do to kick start this weight loss back into action...I have not even lost 100lbs yet...I am scared...
