Has anyone ever been very cold natured after RNY?

I can't get warm since I've had surgery. I was always very hot natured until now. Will this go away, or will it be permanent. I also have hurting hips and back. It's getting worse by the day. Almost as if you are getting the flu. Thanks for any information.
