4yrs post op /having trouble losing weight HELP!

I'm 4yrs out and I am having trouble losing the rest of 30lbs i have to go. I am able to eat more and not much bothers me as far as getting sick if i eat certain type of food. I need help i can't get back in to the swing of things far as going back to basic's .....
