feel hot during/after meals

I had my RNY in 12/05 and have maintained my 105 lb weight loss (give or take 5 lbs) since. For the last couple of months I've been experiencing an unusual symptom and I don't know if it's related to surgery, but since it's food related I have to consider that it might be. During and after most meals I'm breaking out into a sweat and am uncomfortably warm. It passes after 20 min or so. Has anyone else had this happen? Any clues what might be going on?
