Has anyone gotten through to WalMart insurance?

Hello, I've read the forums and everything that has been said about WalMart insurance, but I haven't found anything very recent. In the handbook it specifically outlines that weight loss surgery including gastric bypass is not covered; however, I'm not completely clear about all of this - the booklet left me feeling pretty confused. Has anyone had to battle this? Any imput is very much appreciated. Thank you! ~Kristin
