Has anyone had an enlarged intestine just below the reconnection of the pouch and int

I have an enlarged intestine just below the reconnection of the pouch and the intestine. It is allowing me to eat more because the food passes directly from my pouch into the enlarged part of the intestines. I have gained 20 pounds and am seeking a revision. I had an RNY 4 years ago and lost 160 pounds. Pretty good except that I started out at 388. I never made it to goal and feel that I should have had a more radical surgery in the beginning, so the doctor said he would shorten my intestines (make it more distal) and try to fix the enlarged part of the intestines at the same time. Anyone had this done and if so - any advice? How much did u lose and was it worth another surgery?
