Can you have lap band over RNY ?

Had GBS, RNY done 9 years ago. Lost only 70 pounds alot through weight watchers. Went to another surgeon he said original surgery left pouch way too large. Original surgeon no longer doing the surgery. Can I get a Lap Band over a RNY?
