I am 65 and wondering if Medicare Pays

Does Medicare and supplimental Insurance pay the whole bill for Gastric Bypass and what are the steps they make you go through first before you can have it. I have all the Illnesses to get it done-- copd, diabetes , high blood pressure, bmi. Yhanks
