1 yr out and need support,is there any in ottawa ontario?

difficulty finding the support I need to beat my still existing eating problems. I seem to be sabotaging my results and know I have deeper issues but can not seem to find the proper networking. The professionals at the Civic in Ottawa seem to have left me out in the cold since I'm no longer a newbie. Quantity of surgeries seem to be their interest instead of helping those of us who have had the surgery. HELP!!!!!! I'm DESPERATE and ALONE
