cognitive changes

I had a sleeve gastrectomy over a year. agoI have noticed I'm not as sharp as usual...Problems are apparent at work...organization,problems ,solving problems,memory, sometimesI can't find a word when I express myself.I take all suppliments, my lab work is normal.PLEASE VG people tell me if you have had similar problems.I'm scared and think my supervisor at work has picked up on this.
