Hemmeroid Relief

I just wanted to share some advice I got from my cousin (Dr.) since everyone on this site has been so helpful to me in the past. I have been pre menstraul and have been suffering from hemmeroid pain for a week. Nothing I tried (stool softeners, creams, or tucks) helped. I was told to try cold water and witch hazel in the bathtub. It worked! Hope this helps someone!
