Old Profile and New

If I convert my old OH profile to the new format, will everything be captured. I would prefer not to lose any of my posts. I am so not one of those smart geeks who knows computer stuff. I want to be careful before pushing buttons and ending up losing my great first profile that I had for years. If I fiind out that everything I have written before won't be erased, I will proceed. I had surgery March 2003 and am having a revision July 30.
