Help finding a doctor

I had banding done in 1988 and so far so good. I am now gaining and need to find a doctor in Northwest N.J. who will adjust my band and also accept medicare and medicaide. I can not afford the 500.00 -1,000 so many are asking because they did not do the banding. If anyone can help... please!!
